After work I went to the parking building and walked up several flights of steps three times, walked back down in between so it was kinda like a HIIT workout. I got sweaty but I brought a towel. This cardio works for me, I can't do jogging it's too long. I even prefer sprinting. I think I must be a fast fibre muscle person because even with lifting I prefer heavy and short sets, even brain wise I work best in bursts and can't concentrate for sustained periods of time, I could never sit through a lecture at uni without blanking out and go0ing into my own thoughts
