My mother was a nurse at nursing homes when I was a kid and sometimes I would be there with her for some reason maybe after school or something or on a day I didn't go to school I can't remember. But it was a strangely comfy place. Long hallways kinda like the backroomsOne of the nursing homes was run by nuns next to a catholic school and like if you followed the linear hallways to the end you would reach a closed door to a little chapel/church and I stood behind the door that was slightly ajar and heard the nuns talking echoing inside there.
