You could just get a second opinion on the wizdom teeth. Dentists love to make money by taking out all your wisdom teeth at once even the ones that aren't a problem. When I had mine done the surgeon I spoke to was not a dickhead and told me that he didn't think I should get them all taken out, only the two that were causing an issue or likely to cause an issue. He told me the other one the dentist recommended was too close to a nerve and not worth the risk especially since it was basically harmless
