nothing more blackpilling than seeing an AI change its tone after you tell it your whole life story, seeing it go from optimistic you-have-a-bright-future-ahead-of-you anything-is-possible, to "oh, you're a 29 year old virgin with severe social deficiencies? maybe with time you could learn to accept it and live with it. btw when you say that it's 'unbearable', are you having thoughts of taking your own life?" the more accurate picture it had of me, the more pessimistic and low expectations it got. it basically recommended me to get lost in my intellectual pursuits so that i lose awareness of myself and to continue spending time with my tulpa since that's the only realistic way of getting my needs met.

it's biased towards optimism, so when it says you're screwed, it's still the absolute most milquetoast version of reality it can bring itself to tell. the reality is much worse, that's why it's depressing. it also does fight you back, when it doesn't it means it tried and failed to find even the most shallow argument.

chatgpt: i believe you when you say that you feel that you are a dinosaur but actually you are much more human than you think!
me: ok here's why i think i'm a dinosaur, all the evidence i have for it
chatgpt: ok that does sound like you're a dinosaur, it will be difficult to get employed due to your tiny t rex arms and tendency to eat people...

be careful with that. it can amplify bias inherent in your own words without you realising. ive already had my own close calls with psychosis like outcomes / believing bullshit from it.

my idea was to have it interview me and get an accurate picture of my life so it could suggest novel interventions that i haven't encountered before, but it just recommended shit i've already talked to it about. it also fell back on an older, free model so it didn't even include the whole conversation in its context probably. i don't know how normies get psychosis from this shit, but i'm immune to such pathetic traps due to my giga brain intellect.

chatgpt was always useless to me. when i used claude it gave me the best answer possible. here's a template you can use based on what i sent claude:

hello claude,

im finding it hard to do TASKS in my daily life. i have the following MISSING psychological states, and i feel BURDENED states instead. im already on MEDICATIONS and im diagnosed with DISORDERS.

my lifestyle consists of LIFESTYLE, my diet consists of DIET, i abuse any of the following DRUGS (were relevant), and my interactions with people are [...] (talk about friends, partners, social activities where relevant.)

practically speaking, where would i start to fix this. keep in mind its hard to get access to a psychiatrist due to REASONS.

with this template it might be able to find you hidden routes to solving your problems or resources you might not be aware of.

Not that I think its going to give you great advice or insights, I'd reccomend trying to setup some different way of interacting; compaction of context goes a long way imho at least for programming and surely for this also. I'm not sure how the chatgpt online interface handles this.

i actually did manage to get it to understand my avoidance issues quite well but it just fails to give me novel approaches or tools. it can give you associations or summarize existing information, but it still can't invent anything truly new that isn't in some way described in its data. it's also kind of biased by things i've talked to it in the past so if i had a chat about xyz approach, it's more likely to suggest it just because of that. i guess i'm asking for too much, basically to solve therapy and find the holy grail of psychological transformation but that doesn't exist and probably never will.

>>8933
i think if i had money to throw at this, i'd probably use Obsidian to store personal journal entries, introspection logs, dreams, goals, etc. like a full description of me as a person, and then have it use that as context and every therapy session would create new insights and include them in the context, until i am cured ^_^

fwiw If I were to try to go at this, I'd try to give it that context, try to digest it into themes/problems, and then tell it to research the apparent problems and then after all that go to the 'ask me questions and give me advice' stage.
the more I think about it though the more I feel like this is not a good way to solve your problems. Just go do things be cool and productive not a looser making a mental masturbation machine which is probably what this will be.

>just go do things
i don't think you understand therapy tho. the whole problem is that i can't do things because of my mental illness. getting to the bottom of the root causes is how you fix it. i guess i could go outside and do "exposure" but without deeper insight into the problem, i'm just re-traumatizing myself and uploading more cringe memories into my brain (this has been my experience the last 15+ years).

this isn't some coding problem or practical know-how that you can break down into steps, it's like saying solve this millenium problem, just do it!!!!! okay i'm pumped up, but that doesn't do anything for my understanding of the problem and how to tackle it.

Breaking it down into steps and attacking it strategically is exactly what you seem to think your the rapist is going to do.

Honestly I think you're taking yourself too seriously. I could probably spin up some argument about my personal trauma, and honestly if you're anywhere close to average I probably have a better justification for depression and so called tauma than you do. Maybe I am traumatized and depressed, but so what. I get out and do things and no one is the wiser lol. Life's too short to mope around like that. Every year you're 'working through things' or 'in therapy' is probably more than a percent of your life basically wasted, and probably more than 5% of your 'prime'. Don't do that you bozo!

nigga, i'm a shut-in that fits the criteria for avpd. i've basically been extremely socially avoidant since childhood and a result i'm also extremely socially stunted. i can't get a job bcuz the prospect of being evaluated in an interview is suicide fuel for me. i can't look people in the eye and i go non-verbal due to anxiety. even getting from point A to B in town is difficult for me bcuz the whole time i feel suicidal and paranoid that people are laughing at me. i've let myself go physically enough that random people in public outright mock me and it's no longer imagined. i only feel normal when alone and even that peace is brokem by intrusive cringe memories. seriously, i've never encountered a wiz that as mentally ill as me.

i seriously think anyone slse in my position would've roped by now, but somehow i can still manage to find tiny joys and things to immerse myself in that aren't poisoned by my personality disorder. none of it matters tho bcuz it doesn't change my trajectory and is just a distraction. my intellectual pursuits mean fuck all bcuz i'm mentally disabled and can't interact with people so i will never have any kind of career or be seen as anything other tnan a disgusting ogre freak.

i have all the same symptoms as you right down to the reliving traumatic cringe memories. ive almost died many times from different causes too. each time, it did tremendous psychological damage and make me much less resilient.

i think that over a long period the stress wore down my mind so that traumatic memories from my past started to intrude more and more. i don't think about my near death experiences. just all the times ive done something cringe, been bullied, harassed, made mistakes, regrets... all my worst experiences all the way back to like 6 years old.

i can remember being dressed up in the cringe school uniform for my first day of school.

how did the drug overdose feel? was it peaceful?
why was your suicide attempt journal worthy?

are you the millionaire? lol
it's hard to find people as messed up as me. even on wizchan i'm probably in the bottom percentile of functioning. maybe there's drug addicts but they can still get clean one day, i'll never be able to change my personality, or stop being a disgusting ogre freak...

its not a competition. i can tell from the fact that you're scared to go outside and have ptsd flash backs that you're extremely ill.

#8974
i felt completely accepting of my death since it was an mdma-like research chemical. i was debating whether to get help at all but decided i didnt really want to die. my suicide attempt was journal worthy because i used the notorious euthanasia drug to try do it. it was like the first case like it in australia. but my name and stuff is heavily redacted in the records and anonymised.

Not millionaire feeler. Just a friendless feeler who doesn't talk to anyone outside the family he lives with or know how to. Although I did get better enough over the years that I could go outside with reduced anxiety, used to be worse. I do have a job though since I was 25 so I am probably less dysfunctional in that regard and that is the main reason I had to force myself to go out and it
Mostly stemmed from being afraid to disappoint my parents and sink deeper. The job was mostly very lucky though and I think the vast majority of jobs I would fail at or be miserable at, and I barely hold on as it is and see myself probably quitting and never working again someday
