for me its "coming of age" movies/shows, anything with teenage characters that focuses on high school time where they party, have sex or they are bullying a loser character. it just triggers me emotionally, it's like a stab to the stomach. that's why i didn't watch Euphoria or Cobra Kai despite them being quite popular.
