"despite being a learning disability i have scored around 130 on an online iq test when i actually try to solve the progressive matrices"
gooker post or someone else?

yea, it's gooker. i can believe it tbh, he has good pattern recognition. i think his issue is probably working memory related, like he can't keep stuff for long enough in memory to inspect it and think critically about it. that's why he writes short posts one after the other rather than thinking about something then presenting the fully fleshed out thought. a lot of his funny statements are just ideas that you can quickly poke full of holes if you even spend the tiniest amount thinking about it.

i believe him when he says he got 130 on an online iq test with progressive matrices, his issues are memory and language related, so it bypasses his actual weaknesses. it's also possible he did it multiple times and improved his results that way, even though you're not supposed to do that. there are harder iq tests that also include language problems and other stuff and give you a score split into components, he would probably do much worse on those.
it seems to me that he isn't stupid, he's actually decently tech savvy and seems capable of troubleshooting and reasoning out problems in those areas, but if you ask him to write a well reasoned essay about a topic, he'd probably have a lot of problems with that, but that might be learning disability related, it can give people asymmetrical cognitive abilities, uneven capacities.
