i bought gta 4 on steam a few days ago because it was on sale and my piece of shit PC still can't run it on high settings without low FPS. pretty sure the computer i had in 2010 when i first played it could run it at high settings.

i think i have the worst graphics card you can get... fuckin piece of SHIT
