Least you can do is call an ambulance, and no its not comfortable but its the right thing to do and if you have a conscience it will force you to do it. Maybe if there are people banging on your car or screaming at you would be justified to drive off. Most of the time these incidents happen its some retard drinking, texting and speeding at the same time though
