It does do that but like I'm truly not sure that it's particularly with a game. can you imagine trying to define the exact combat experience you want for a complex, 3d game. like try to design a hero shooter with it that doesn't suck. I think that if you use vibe coding for a full game then people with the actual skills to contribute won't be able to. It's because no one will be able to read the slop (and the slop design will be so badly structured.)

but like: you're definitely right about artists. it can produce 3d models so easily. this used to be an art in itself.

someone slopped out this 3d chess game in 4 days. it would take me 1-2 months to make by myself. and it's just gonna keep getting better and better until indie devs are worthless and only AA/AAA studios can sell games. really disheartening and frustrating.

It is always marketing. Bloomberg definitely proved this by joining the 2020 presidential race late and just pumping in money and he got a substantial amount of votes. If you invest the resources to put stuff in front of people then they will try it.
