wiz sister is sick. she told me her heart was racing and she felt on edge, couldn't calm down, felt jittery, and like she was having a panic attack.
i think maybe it might be related to electrolytes being out of balance from exercise. she started working out recently and she's already over-doing it massively. im talking like going from no activity to doing 1 hour of cardio + 1 hour of weights a day. i remember when i was riding just 1 hour a day id have to add salt to my water.
i wish i thought of this before because she's already gone to sleep and i dont want to wake her to give her the wiz salt. can you guys keep wiz sister in ur thoughts. i want her to be okay.

okay, i just was anxious and knocked on wiz sisters door any way and gave her the salt drink which she drank. she talk me she was thinking it might be the same thing too. so hopefully this helps wiz sister feel better.

Your explanation makes sense to me, I've read on workout subs about people having similar symptoms at the gym. Maybe she should also try getting a blood test and see if she is deficient in anything but it could just be the electrolytes, maybe a powerade during her workouts could help (or just salted water like you already gave)
