I want to eat chicken sashimi. When I was pretty new to cooking on my own, I accidentally ate raw chicken due to undercooking my food like a retard. It had good texture and flavor. I imagine Japan makes very clean chicken sashimi. I've also seen food vlogs about beef and horse sashimi which also sound delicious.
