find stevie. tranquillise him. put him in a house that he cant escape. put him under intensive talk therapy with 5 aggressive, mentally stable feelers. the feelers take shifts around the clock debating his beliefs with him. help him to better understand his life. help him to see how he could avoid (any) mistakes. help him to see people he can trust and who he cant.

if he needs meds introduce him to a doctor who comes for home visits. make sure the quack doesnt over medicate him. gradually give stevie access to the internet again and monitor what he does. if he seems to be integrating its time to teach him some skills. some feelers who are good with their hands will teach him what they know so stevie can find work nearby. the other feelers help him get a job and find a way to work.
