what ive noticed is so many feelers hate being told what to do and act like complete man children when they are. even if what they're doing is ridiculous (like now.) you have the same issues as stevie.

Paragraph user here. Words cannot describe how useful paragraphs are to breaking up long writing and organizing it into useful ideas. It makes thing sos much easier to read. I wonder who invented the paragraph, that guy deserves a medal to be honest, almost as much as the guy who invented writing itself. To be fair early writing was afaik much less used for the sort of work where paragraphs are useful; don't need it for spreadsheets really it doesn't even make sense to use it there but when you're trying to express ideas make arguments etc etc its very useful. Speaking of et cetera I love the ampersand character: &. In its modern form its a little hard to see, but its sort of a blob together of the word et. Funny huh. Anyway its a bit odd to read/look at old writing I mean really old not just like a few centuries ago cause even when they write prose generally there's basically zero punctuation. IIRC All of the old bible copies for instance have none of that, its not even just no

chapters and verse numbers and stuff its that there's no punctuation, no sentance breaks as we're used to them now, just a giant single blob of text. Imagine writing at a time like that imagine having to read at a time like that, and nevermind how awful hebrew is as a language because all I'm saying applies to the greek just as well. Hebrew is worse though cause they don't even write vowels. mgn tht. N vwls, n pncttn, n prgrphs. (Imagine that, no vowels, no punctuation, no paragraphs). I honestly don't think you can read hebrew, at least a reasonable editor can come up with sentance breaks and stuff just from reading in most cases, hebrew writing is really just a mnemonic for someone who already knows what he's reading. And not a great mnemonic either. So when we think about how writing has been around forever, I guess my point is that modern writing really hasn't been, all these refinements in terms of being able to write clearly have been added over the years to give us what we now have.
