your best option is switching one addiction for another. they say nicotine is a good one to have if you're in the knowledge worker space, makes you focused and alert, lowers anxiety. lot of options from smoking, vaping, patches, etc.

I've been experimenting with nicotine recently and the results have been life-changing. I've been able to keep my house clean and actually focus. I'd say it's honestly better than vyvanse because you can take the patch off any time and it won't interfere with sleep. It was going to cost me thousands to get adhd meds. caffeine still gives me insomnia, especially if i drink more than 1 cup, and my theory was sound imo. since ive increased protein my sleep has otherwise improved massively. i dont even need to take my sleeping meds any more. stay butthurt, crab.
