i think it's always the same guy that makes these and shuts them down after a week. he doesn't learn from his mistakes, doesn't know how to grow a community. he makes a bunch of empty boards and then shills it on other imageboards. it's tough, you need a group of people that are willing to make that initial content seed so that when someone new comes, they have something to engage with. people open the link, see there's nothing there but frog spam and leave.
