- vpn / proxy / tor / whatever detection now works. Set to high weight for existing members to bypass this though its likely most wont meet these requirements. Can relax this as the chuds settle down.
- there's now LLM mod for anons / low identity weight. It detects illegal posts and spam. Mostly weighted against stevies chud posts. new users might high slower posting times until they establish themselves more.
- image mana costs will increase to 40.
