apparently caffeine restricts cerebral blood flow by 20 - 30%.... how fucked is that. i spent most of last night just having insanely weird blood pressure changes and weird feelings in my heart from this shit. its all part of withdrawals. feels bad man. have a bad head ache now.

i spilled a whole can of redbull on the floor... my electronics seem to be fine, so far...

all signs point to me having to go outside this month. how do i mentally prepare for meatspace?
i'll pick a cold day so i can hide better under winter clothes, but it will a toughie...

today's brekkies/lunch:
airfrying some frozen pastries. a couple zuzu squares, pizza and cheese rolls
still got some goulash left in the fridge, might heat that up later when i get hungry.

i basically only drink this. sometimes i make black turkish coffee when i'm out of instant.
also i have one of those coffee pod machines that makes cappuccinos, they're not bad but i got sick of them.

instant black coffee ain't too bad if you add a little cold water and mix the coffee first before adding hot water then a pinch of salt afterwards. it's drinkable at least

Damnit im a massive caffeinate addict, 3-5 cans of Coke on any day. I wanna try no caffeine detox too!! It's very inspirational lad hmm maybe I will try it. Probably not permanently but to like lower my baseline and cravings maybe
