Ate too much yesterday and slept a bit lateish, also forgot to take daily Jew pill, had too many vivid and some uncomfortable dreams including one where I was actually horribly depressed in it for some reason even though irl I'm doing fine to good but the depression memory and clawing doubts still there dormant maybe, not all is fixed ...
